- Wardrobe Data: Photos and descriptions of clothing items and accessories you upload to your digital closet.
- Chat Content: Messages you send to the AI Stylist chat feature.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: App interactions, features used, outfits generated, and session duration.
- Location Data: With your permission, approximate location for weather-based outfit recommendations. We do not track precise GPS location.
1.3 Third-Party Services
- Authentication: We use Supabase for secure authentication and data storage.
- Payments: Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
- Analytics: We may use anonymized analytics to improve the App experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Generate personalized outfit recommendations based on your wardrobe, style preferences, and weather.
- Process your AI Stylist chat requests and provide styling advice.
- Manage your subscription and process payments.
- Send you important updates about the App, such as security notices or changes to our terms.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI and user experience.
3. How We Protect Your Information
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- All data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption.
- Wardrobe photos and personal data are stored in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure.
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), subject to strict data protection agreements.
- AI Processing: Wardrobe images and chat messages are processed by AI services to generate outfit recommendations. This data is not used to train third-party AI models.

5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can view your profile and wardrobe data within the App at any time.
- Correction: You can update or correct your profile information in the App settings.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@assisty.app.
- Permissions: You can revoke camera, photo library, location, and notification permissions through your device settings.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of non-essential notifications in the App settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
